The American Academy of International Culture and Education (AAICE) is pleased to announce that the 2024 National Chinese Speech Contest will be held in March, 2024. All grades 3-12, and college-level Chinese language learners in the U. S. and Canada are invited to participate in the contest. All participants need to be enrolled in a Chinese language program in a state-registered accredited school. Prizes will be awarded to both the winners and their teachers. 

2024 NCSC will feature Chinese cultural performances during final competitions. All Chinese learners, including students who are not participating in the 2024 NCSC, from grade K through college, are welcome to submit videos to be considered in the NCSC finals and/or other AAICE events and websites.
